There cannot be a relationship without communication.   God communicates with us through His word.   We communicate with God through prayer.     Luke 6:12 And it was at this time that He went off to the mountain to pray, and He spent the whole night in prayer to God. Jesus spent much time in prayer speaking to His Father and our Father who is in heaven. When we first believed in Jesus Christ we were born again, we became true children of God.
